I don't think there will be such thing as "NEXT BITCOIN". There's no doubt bitcoin is "the father of all cryptocurrencies". Miners won't let that happen mainly because all other altcoins depend on th value of bitcoin. If the question is "What is the next big thing on cryptocurrency?", then my answer would be ETHEREUM and LITECOIN (but I son't see these two altcoins beating the BITCOIN.

I also agree with this that bitcoin is the 1st and last choice. There will be no other bitcoin than the existing one. So dont be worry about any other crypto currency other than bitcoin and also about next bitcoin, because the currency ones prevail in the market the people will hardly accept other crypto currency.

So I think it is enough with this bitcoin. We do not need other bitcoin and also there is no need for any other bitcoin

The time will come that bitcoin will be just a useless coin because of the problems and issues that will exist in the future so the time will come also that you will have a lot of doubts in bitcoin and you will be thinking for targeting the next bitcoin for your investment and that is what we need, a back up to make sure that future will still be fine even bitcoin is not good.
