People do not care.. They will continue investing in scam and ponzi schemes despite all warnings. almost all ICO's are nothing but a scam ! Just a white-paper with issued Tokens via Ethereum and most of them collected millions. Chinese did the right thing when banned all that scammy ICO's and EU countries will follow china very soon ! Re: bankera, we already saw cryptobank projects like polybus, chronobank etc... all of them collected millions and all of them are nothing but a scam created by scam artists !

That is not true. Most companies performing an ICO have good intentions. But good intentions alone are not sufficient. Many of these companies can not pull of their lofty promises. That doesn't mean they're intentionally scamming.
