Hello, after few month fight to get my withdrawal without verify I have finally decided to send documents which they have asked for (ID+utility bill) and this was MISTAKE!
After they got it I got reply: "thank you. Please send us a very short video where you hold your ID document and a hand-written note that says "For verification of Fairlay account *username here*". Please send us this video within the next 24 hours, so we will be able to process your withdrawal.

Now I am really p***d !! they are complicating it as much as they can!! the next step propably will be flight to the company and make cinema movie with them. !! WARNING THIS SITE DO NOT PAY !!

they do pay Ive had 100's of instant withdrawls never a issue...send them the video..seems pretty much no brainier if you are legit...Many books do a KYC verification and it is for your protection...Ive had to send a photo holding ID w note to even just buy BTC with a few online merchants...no biggie if you are legit...seems very fair of Fairlay as some books would not give you this chance if they thought some fraudulent activity was taken place..
