If the price is going down the market cap is not staying the same.

The market cap(italization) is the number of coins outstanding X the price per coin. So, as sure math, if the pricing is moving the market cap is moving...and in the same direction.

You realize you don't have to buy a whole bitcoin at once, right? You can buy $10 or $50 or $100 worth if you want.
