It would literally be just a way of tracking the movement of CNY in the markets. Created to control deposits and withdrawals of CNY. In China it will probably go something like this. Go to the bank give CNY to receive CNYT, use CNYT to purchase cryptos, then when your ready to cash out you transfer to CNYT, go to bank withdraw CNYT pay taxes, etc. then receive CNY in the end. Nothing else. Just a method of tracking CNY.
