Not quite right. It was 3 phases with each 1 token for 0.75$, 0,85$ and 0,90$ for the two pre-sale and early bird crowdsale.

Even if we go by $0.75 and 70M tokens that's more than already $50 Million. At this rate Paragon could have gone to Tezos/EOS/Filecoin levels if there wasn't a hardcap of 100k coins.
