So BitDice asked me to provide an ETH adress.
I have some questions about that. Please tell me if I got that right.
Do I just create new one at myetherwallet and put it into the respective field in my BitDice Profile?
And then the CSNO Tokens are being sent to this ETH adress? Do I need to do anything else? Like add the token manually at myetherwallet or something?

After you provide your ETH address, tokens will be sent to you no matter if you will "add token manually". Tokens will be in your wallet 100%, your wallet might just not recognize them before you "add token manually". If that is the case, I am sure team will provide exact procedure who to do it on time.
