I have also SGMiner-GM that gives higher rate (2-3%) but it produces way more rejects on XMR dwarf(even with no stale shares submitted), while it could do just fine with monero clones on other pools.
Had no time to check whether these rejects are of any substance, but it hurts my eyes:)

Have you tried running on nicehash I tried and keep getting stratum disconnects also what monitor program are you using Id like to check it out Ive been using minerstat and its constantly updated if you have a problem coinscrow gets it fixed asap
