Unfortunately we don't get any information on SEPA or SWIFT transfers until they arrive to us. Please contact your bank to find out what the delays are with your transfers. If this is an issue where your funds aren't being credited to your Kraken account automatically I would suggest opening a ticket here and escalating it using this form that Dargo has posted.
