Compare addiction of gambling in other addictions like drugs, smoke, woman. All of them is hard to resist, these are all temptations and once you used to it this will be your addiction. And it's like you can't live your daily life if you will not gamble for this day. It is hard if you don't have any courage and there are no people that are helping you and encouraging you that you can do it.

That addiction would surely have one result, which is to ruin your life. Usually when you are addicted with drugs you can also be addicted to girls, smoke, and gambling so drug addiction is the worst. Gambling addiction is hard but you can solve your problem if you will listen the advise of people who care for you, they will help but it's you will have to do your best to quit gambling for good. It's not fun anymore when you are addicted, in addition you are wasting your time and money.

In every addiction there is no good effect and result to the gambler. And that's why a gambler should change his mind and starts to say that giving up gambling is easy and he can do no matter what happens. His mindset should be set like that because if not, he's going to face bigger problems in the long run. I was once became an addict and it's hard to live with that life, you're body will used to it and it's not going to give you any confidence.

Actually thinking of quitting is the last option but when we start to gamble we should always think of the prevention because when the problem already sink in to us it would be hard to quit. If we only learn how to educate ourselves then we will easily understand the nature of gambling and we will always be careful every time we play to avoid being addicted.

We can educate ourselves out of those experience we had made as we gamble. And if he can't do it alone, he must admit it to himself first that he can't do it and he is weak enough for doing it. After admitting it that he can't do it alone, look for someone that can help you to quit, this is going to be one of the most effective way if you do really want to quit. As no man is an island, this is real.
