i've noticed IOC's recent rise with your post in mind and way regretting not to have followed the call sooner. i'm trying to free up some funds and join the climb at the first favorable sign

as to people not taking notice... well, i think many are just too busy shilling bummer coins in which they are invested from the past and don't want to let go with a loss Grin
