Gambling can surely be a fun but I am not sure about the profit thing. It does not give any profits. You win, you lose. Actually you lose more than you win so basically the capital decreases or remain the same at most. But it helps a lot in self controlling if a person is smart.

Yes it is far from our expectations between fun and win, but the fact that we will always be more to lose. so gambling will never help life, but most of them are always damaged lives.
