I dont think that this is manipulation. Early investors just want to sell a part of their holdings to buy some lambos or yachts. That's normal - chart is in a consolidation phase and waiting for a breakout.

A breakout is very immininent looking at the charts. Are we expecting any major feature releases in the near future?
