China has not forbidden all ICO and also it has forbidden only those exchanges which have had some illegal transaction, by making profit for developers. Some day i think bitcoin in China would be legal, but all exchangeres and ICOs would be checked by the goverment

I've heard that China forbidding ICO just because they want to make sure thatthe majority chinese investors will invest in foriegn startups, so they can have more influence on the world. I know that it might sounds a bit crazy Roll Eyes

, but i see that there is something in this rumor.
