I wouldn't mess with the bearing unless you want to void your warranty and you have symptoms of it needing lube. But usually there is a pinhole on the back of the fan that goes into the bearing. If there is no hole, then it is usually underneath the fan sticker on the back. Sometimes there isn't a hole and you have to drill a tiny hole, just thin and deep enough to hit the metal ball bearing. You don't want to scar the bearing or get dust on it.
