XMR did have some issues but have been resolved since few days ago. Please retry your withdrawal and email me at support@safedice.com if you still encounter any issue.

Most support issues are cold storage / hot wallet related, thus I understand that the admin prefers not entrusting those parts to anyone else. But indeed the general email support / community management aspect is slightly lacking, which is a pity for a site that has proven itself to be trustworthy so far. Thank you Heretik, I understand this concern and community support is one of the things that need to be improved, my apologies for this matter. For the time being, I prioritize email for main support channel, and I guarantee that all issues (especially withdrawal) will not go unnoticed.
