i do not think celebrities just make project success. have to be good concept and team behind it. paragon marketing team is good. they keep coming with good idea.

Marketing is key ingridient for investment especially for ICOs. Product can be good but without small investors (which are generally atracted by commercials or marketing in general) it can't be developed
