This service so far has been Good, but the turn around times are always hit and miss, sometimes I get the returns fast, sometimes I get them slow and sometimes outside of the promised window of 3 - 12 hours and I have to contact support...

Support for the past 5 months has been good, except for this month and last month, it's been really sluggish at best from what I can tell and from what my friend can tell as well. Usual turn around time for support was 12-18 hours, on a good day it was 3-6 hours, but recent months it seems like if the email isn't important, it'll just get discarded and not replied to...(Sent in 3 emails before and never received a response...)(Friend sent in an email concerning his $100 in btc transaction, so far he's been out of it for 4 days)

Overall, the service is Great, but the recent months I'd say take caution with their support being very very slow(sometimes) and most times the turnaround is within 24-48 hours(Rare transactions)(Most are done within 12ish hours give or take hopefully...)
