In case governments forbid privacy coins than Monero is useless and will immediately implode because it will become a useless coin. Dash on the other hand, even if they have to remove the privacy aspect, Dash still has value because their focus to bring crypto to the masses.

Well first off no gov can stop a decentralized program so they can outlaw it all they want it will not disappear because they want it to. Did you see showtime has been mining monero behind their streamers backs like the pirate bay? thats some real shitty moves on their part, hope they get sued.
