ETH is a worthy contender of bitcoin but that doesn't mean that people will sell off their long term holdings and buy ETH at this price. I know many people have scored bitcoin at a very low price and they are already sitting on a huge huge profit. I myself bought first bitcoin at $450 USD and I am already making a huge profit.

However, ETH is a good coin and a lot of people have started staking that coin as well. Seeing the popularity of ETH, coinbase and Blockchain.info has integrated their platform with ETH. So I am holding both bitcoin and ETH now as an investment. But bitcoin, being a pioneer of the crypto currency, is not going to die anytime soon. Instead the recent price drop will give an immense opportunity to the investors like us, to purchase bitcoin at lower price. Selling off bitcoin is not a resolution. Instead invest in both to be rewarded suitably.
