Have you tried running mining software in administrator mode? You can try right click and select Run As Administrator for console host application.

yes it just closes.

if i run this from the bat file it tells me

it don't load if i try to run with config file it closes

edit got setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_MAX_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
got this to work forgot to use setx before but can't get it to load to pool and mine i just get
