Trustee gibt an dass er kein Eigentum an den Bitcoins der Creditor anerkennt, damit verbunden ist also nur der IOU-claim der damals angegebenen Summe gültig. Ob das ganze so rechtens ist bleibt dahingestellt, schließlich besagen die AGB von Mtgox was anderes. Das wäre dann auch beim derzeitigen Kurs das schlechteste was passieren kann, jeder bekommt die Summe die damals umgerechnet wurde, was bei meinem Claim gut 1/3 weniger wäre als der momentane Kurs hergibt.

Das war aber eigentlich längst bekannt. Es gab zwar in letzter Zeit Gerüchte, dass die Überschüsse an die Gläubiger ausgezahlt würden, aber das hat Collin Burges (Der Typ, der damals vor dem Mt.Gox-Gebäude protestiert hat) vor kurzem richtiggestellt:
