Dont ever put all your funds all in at once on a particular trade and you should have a target for the coin you are purchasing even as it goes deeper. No matter what however, always have some BTC left for you to use in case you need to quickly diversify before the present trades you are holding gives you profit. This is how a normal trade should trade.

It is a great idea to keep few Bitcoins in your wallet no matter what the circumstances are. As far as running down of money is concerned, I think you can go for taking loan but only when you have some plan in your mind. Loan is very much risky especially when you dont have a good plan in your mind in order to use that amount carefully.
