Nefiind autoritate de verificare, chiar daca cineva ar putea aduce dovezi, cum le-ar masura ca fiind suficiente? Fara sa fie clar exprimat pe site o limita in Btc sau fiat, plus ce dovezi se cer in mod specific, el nu are nici un drept legal sa blocheze acesti Btc si din punct de vedere al legii savarseste un abuz.

Avand in vedere situatia, returnarea Btc ar fi solutia corecta pt toate partile si reglementarea unor conditii clar afisate in site. Altfel cred ca coinflux isi face un mare deserviciu.

CoinFlux reserves the right to refuse to process, or to cancel or reverse, any purchases or sales of cryptocurrencies or transfers in its sole discretion, if CoinFlux suspects the transaction involves (or has a high risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other type of financial crime, in response to a subpoena, court order, or other government order, or if CoinFlux suspects the transaction relates to a Restricted Activity as defined in Section 10.2, which list is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of any feature, without notice and without liability. We may decline to process any transaction or settlement without prior notice and may limit or suspend your use of one or more Services at any time, in our sole discretion. Suspension of your use of any of the Services will not affect your rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement. We may, in our sole discretion, delay transactions or settlements if we believe the transaction is suspicious, may involve fraud or misconduct, violates applicable laws, or violates the terms of this Agreement.

In the event that a technical problem causes system outage or Account errors, CoinFlux may temporarily suspend access to your Online Account until the problem is resolved.

Vei gasi un text similar in termenii multor servicii de schimb sau exchange-uri.

Acesti termeni nu ofera nimic concret utilizatorului coinflux in ce priveste limita la care blochezi Btc. Despre o limita specifica si clara a unei sume ar trebui sa fie instiintat utilizatorul inainte sa transfere btc in walletul vostru. Asta pentru ca voi sa nu aveti dreptul sa-i blocati Btc folosind faptul ca omului nu i-ati spus de necesitatea unor dovezi peste o limita.
