That's not possible. Currently, there are 6557 TOR nodes. Wasn't there a huge price drop when the founder of Silkroad was found? As far as I remember it recovered pretty fast.

For example, your bank account is situated in the deepweb. Your medical records.

Deepweb has nothing to do with tor nodes.
That's the darkweb, a part of and a tiny one compared to the deepweb
