Well it is a big ICO. If I'd be able to suggest on their project, I want to suggest them to get partnerships. It will help them boost their project thus boosting their ico. If that happens it'll be a sold out.

Maybe they just wait with announcing partnerships because they still need some developments.
Once the beta is released they can go and search for partners and I'm sure they will found them fast.
