i can not confirm payout but i can confirm that most newbies will not be able to play this one for while.see message i got:

I got the same thing. That's sad when your too poor to play a free game.

UPDATE: Since i didnt have the required 0.005 to be able to play this game, i thought it would be awhile before i could play--well as it would turn out i got lucky yesterday and im going to pass that luck on to everyone else.If you dont have the 0.005 on a address, Head over to Satoshi Diamond and they have a special promotion going to give you that 0.005 by posting on twitter and on one of the forums here (very specific). I did that last night and was awarded the 0.005 today and had all my freebie 30 min bitcoins combined into one coinbox address and in 2 hours i had a payout from coinbox and that was good enough to go play the scratchcard. I LOST tho
