The Chinese government doesn't care if their citizens are selling coins or not. Bitcoin is considered shameful to their central control and goals for capital controls. They intend to put a stop to it and Bitcoin will be one of the first capital vehicles to go once the crackdown begins. Stop fooling yourself with this silly "they want money" concept.
