You are being too positive, what makes you think that the Chinas restrictions are going to be over? Just because they said so, governments lie all the time, they introduce laws and taxes with the excuse is a temporary thing and we never see the end of it, if anything it is very possible that the restrictions get even harder, that is no something that I wish but the possibility is there.
