Everybody can say this.

He is probably a normal guy that saw a problem and had a good idea to solve it.
He always answers on telegram and slack and he really knows what he is talking about in a lot of detail. That gives me the confidence I need. If you want a team with zero developers and no software engineers but with celebrities or a CEO that has linkedin full of crap and can't answer simple questions the community has this project is not for you.
One thing that makes a huge diference for me is a CEO that replies to all technical questions that are made in detail.
If you talk with him you will understand what I'm saying.

Yes, I saw how are Nuno and Robin doing on the slack, this is why I felt interested in this project.
But who is him? What company did he work in, and what job title?
