Sooner or later, a govt will regulate ICOs not ban at all, because a new start up will grow with ICO model as the fund raising instead of borrowing money from banks. Govt can get benefit by taxing ICos and new start ups will be a drad new employments in the field. I think no reasons to ban ICO at all

I think the government will begin to consider the benefits to be gained when they can set ico and provide regulation on ico.it is a form of the advancement of the times? so the government will not be able to withhold and of course their choice is only one. that is gives regulation to ICO..
