Just responded to all support tickets and emails. I apologize for the downtime today, I'm still waiting to hear back from our hosting provider to gain access to our dashboard and firewall settings for the wallet daemons. Until I gain access to the dashboard deposits and withdrawals will be down. That includes the generation of new addresses. Although this is an inconvenience it also shows that our systems are hardened against even us making changes easily. All funds are secured and I won't be sleeping until this is resolved. Thanks again for everyones early support and patience. I will update you all as soon as I get anymore information.
