Placing only 100 bets a day, for example, because you think you will lose in the long term is not a strategy. It's in fact the same as placing a lot of bets the same day because you are still coming back to place 100 bets everyday which will eventually lead to you having placed a lot of bets, your luck/odds do not reset just because you stop playing.

100 bets in one day are like stamping the destruction but you are right, No matter what we do, we will never be able to change our luck.
