First of all a Signature Campaign is not Collateral, not even consider as one.
Also offering something that you will use means that i will not have the full control of it. Thus is not Collateral.
Besides your Account/post history shows a local and general BTC discussion user, nothing more. Sorry.

Your Collateral doesn't worth the Loan Amount that you ask, to the slightest.
I have one question though. Why you give me the Private Key of the Address to"prove" the ownership of your Account, if you want this Account back?
Having the control of this "Ownership Address" (lol) means that the "owner" of the Account here, can sign messages for future purposes. One of them and more often, is to ask Loans. Doesn't sound good...
This is more likely a sale from your side, not a Loan Request and i don't want to buy an Account.
