Can i improve the hash rate more with Manual Overcloacking as this is with Auto_OC ?

Maybe you can try this setting:-
NV_OC="1" # "1" Enable Nvidia Overclock, "0" Disable Nvidia Overclock
OC_MODE="2" # "1" Enable Auto Overclock, "2" Manual Overclock Setting, "3" Fo$

NV_WATT="85" # this to set max watt for the GPU is 85watt if not stable can put higher, max is 120 for 1060
NV_CLOCK="-100" # set Core Clock -100
NV_MEM="1450" # Set 1450 MHz to the memory speed
NV_FAN="88" # Set fan speed to 88%

On gstatus out put screen, make sure the memory speed is more then 4000MHz.
Most of the DDR5 memory is stable at 4000-4200MHz
Please find out the stable setting for ur card...
