The WaBi ICO will be open to everyone. Due to the specially designed token distribution system well be utilizing during the WaBi ICO, there will be no need for a whitelist.

Thank you very much. Our project definitely goes well beyond China, but China is one of our initial target markets as it suffers greatly from counterfeit goods sold there.
