Visa decided to restrict the cards to residents of Europe. So if you ordered your card and if you are a non-resident of Europe, you will be waiting forever for that card to arrive. And if it does arrive, you might as well frame it and hang it on a wall.

I was amaze and hopeful upon reading that cryptopay is acceptable worldwide until you include that it is only valid until october 15, 2017. But europe is not affected, how lucky for them! I'll just review other suggestions in this thread and see if they can also offer such things cryptopay has.

Now they partnered with Mastercard and they added many more countries
