I understand the same thing. It's just that in case of refunds, 2% of the transaction is kept by the mediator as a fee for his service.

If really so and UTRUST is sticking with this policy to me it would be a huge fundamental and even unovercomable flaw in how they operate. The innocent are to be protected at all times. Not penalized?! Shocked
