Hi guys
I've reset my phone and my google authenticator app uninstalled. I installed it again and binded it my google account.
But there is no other accounts in the app anymore ! how do I recover them ?! I need my hashnest account there ! how can I scan the QR code again ?!

If you dont have a backup of the app or a backup of the secret key you can't get anything. UNLESS you also put your phone number in on the site, then you can get them to reset it that way (try doing it in the settings and then contact their support@hashnest.com email account).

true but don`t expect to receive answer form hasnest they have ZERO support and they never answer but nothing is cost you to try

Hopefully as this is a generally easily resolvable issue and it is a reasonable thing to request from their support. You can expect about 48 hours for a response, don't send a second request until about a week has passed, meanwhile, you can do everything but withdraw.
