For this time anything can happen. but I think that the world will switch to another payment system, the world financial revolution will take place 
8 years is lots of time. Most likely we will see 100 forks till then. Blockchain will be way over 1 TB. Everyone in economic field will realize power of Bitcoin til then, so there will be a lot of people fighting against. We might even see countries using arms against each other over Bitcoin, for sure an economic battles.
In short it will be same interesting times as are today.
I might not hope that to happen battles against economy and that's even worst than fiat economy war. Maybe in another way bitcoin become's profitable by that year to come and 2025 bitcoin's future will be more colorful than this present days. The price value will become much higher compared from now and the dream of reaching at $10K will be achieve due to demand on buying bitcoin will eventually rising every year that's why in a span of 8 years bitcoin will be more profitable.
