I dont think so that most of the people quit when they are at the peak of their luck. Actually it is not possible at all to decide the time of luck and hardship. If it would ever be so then no one would ever lose. The best time to stop is a really funny question as we all know that having complete control over nerves, it is logical to stop when you have lost more than you can afford.

Winning increases the greed inside a person. Only few people flee away when they hit a jackpot. If you ask me when to quit the game, I will always say leave it any time because continuing it can be catastrophic. Gambling is an unpredictable game so it is better to not lose any more money than someone has already lost and it is for his own betterment. It is just a wastage of time.
