Not possible with the details you mentioned.
You need the 12 word recovery passphrase that you generated when you made your account.
Do you have a backup of you wallet in your email?

i’m not sure i made backup words it was 2013 but i see i need it if i want to Recover my funds .

i need to access to my wallet again

Sorry, but as Aura already mentioned you can only recover your password by entering the 12 word recovery passphrase, otherwise it is not possible.

is this any way to get this "12 word recovery passphrase" if not remember ?
2) what about private key

You don't have a 12 word recovery phrase. That was added 2015 and onwards I think, and if you made a wallet before then they can't back-date it.

Do you mean that you have your private key or you want to access it? If you have it, then just make a new account and import it into that.

If you don't have the private key or recovery phrase, unless your password was simple, accept that your coins are probably gone...
Does blockchain.info do give your private keys already on a certain wallet? Ive heard that you would able to get the key but I'm not sure if it would able to be imported to retrieve that wallet. As far as I remember about the paraphrase on older years it is just 9 as far as I remember and now they do changed it to 12 which this is the most important key to be saved if you don't want to lose up that blockchain wallet. For op,try to remember your password I'm sure it is being written somewhere either on your pc or mobile. If you cant see then say goodbye to your wallet and together on the funds inside it.

You can still import private keys, you just can't export them as now they have the seed instead.
