No, I think $500 is good amount to starting make money through trade Bitcoin, because I also have a brother start to trade with $10.
Really, no one can trusts my said but he can makes a profits ~2000 dollar from that amount, especialy he only need 3 months to does that.

$500 is good enough to start trading and getting good profit out of it. But you should only trade with this amount when you already have idea about the ins and outs of cryptocurrency trading and is already skillful enough to carry out a trade.
