I am a serious member, looking to begin long term trades.
There are risks involved on both sides so am willing to be patient
& slowly increase my incentives :

Here's what I am willing to do
- Will use escrow (buyer to find reputable escrow & I'll pay fees.)
- Current rate 65% (i.e 35% discount I send $25 paypal for $16.25btc)
- For Hero members : Allow you to keep a 20% btc retainer of amount sent (e.g. $3.25) for 30 days
so buyer sends $13 now for $25 paypal. Then buyer send remaining $3.25 (20%) in 30 days
