Is there any debug I can do to assist?

In config/simplerlogger.properties file, change

to

org.slf4j.simpleLogger.log.org.semux.net=debug

It will show you more network debug info.

made the changes still not working

That change only prints network debug info. Please post your console output to our discord channel, so people can help diagnose this issue.
