You are planning an interesting product but you do not provide much information to raise up to 23 million $. The opening post is very simple and should be overworked.

The MVP is expected to be built together with Samsung once we confirm an official partnerships with them. It should accelerate the development process and might be completed before the estimated date. In terms of funding, 23M USD is our maximum cap, however, the minimum amount which will be sufficient enough to fund our product's development is only 2M USD.
