As stated in the above post I'm waiting until things have settled down before doing anything myself.

Even if you don't, which I really hope you do, we'll hear the end of this artificial FUD storm that's impacted confidence and the price recently. And evidently the increased emails and DMs have pissed off the dev enough to remove his email address. Something he did before when there was a commotion and when it died down he put his email back so people with genuine support requests could get in contact with him.
