CORION is definitely not a scam. Did you contact support? http://support.corion.io/s/login/68626 They will sure help you if for some reason your wallet is stuck in 'Watch only'.

Everybody who joined the ICO did get a 'Watch only' wallet and needs to be set to 'For use' You need to import the backup file you got when you registered and use the same password you set when you registered to unlock the encryption during the import process. Disable cID (if you did set one) first, later you can set it again.

If this does not work for some reason, then you should open a support ticket at the link I provided.
