I agree with you ! it's complete idiocy to claim KYC from bounty hunters,I think they do it because of greed and not wanting to pay for the work,knowing that no one will give them personal information over the meager reward they gave

all the bounties in the sum of 16eth? very little for such a successful project, but it's good for investors.
