A part of his strategy, bitcoin's price now is high and with JP morgan buying a lot of bitcoin when it dipped then the case is that he may have sold the bitcoin that he have now, thus creating another scheme to make the market fall. Correct. He's just a puppet playing into this role and stashing coins on the side.
